At all other times, you may leave your order on the voice mail or send us an E-mail, with complete assurance that it will be given our full attention. Keep in mind there is a 3 hour time difference for those calling from the East Coast. Minimums and Back Orders:
We have NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS. Keep in mind that shipping of several smaller orders costs more than a single combined shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the item will be automatically back-ordered unless requested otherwise. You will be notified of the estimated shipping date of any backordered item(s).

Pricing and Quantity Puchases:
We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible and to keep our prices stable from one catalog publication to the next and do our best to keep the web site up to date as often as possible. Unfortunately, due to inflation, currency fluctuations, rising shipping cost and other factors beyond our control, we are sometimes forced to make periodic adjustments to our pricing. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Due to the very nature of our business we purchase the majority of our materials in bulk. It is therefore possible for us to offer substantial savings to those customers who need larger than standard packaging quantities. We will be happy to quote special pricing for any of our products purchased in quantity.

Customer Service Advice:
Conservation Support Systems, as a policy, does not give advice on usage of materials. We are not consultants, it is our policy to sell products only to the professional conservatiors. We will try to do our best to answer your questions whenever possible, but any answers we give are just a suggestion based on our limited knowledge of your specific application. It is the users responsibility to have knowledge of the working properties, safety precautions, and risks factors for each given material purchased from us. Most of the materials we sell are base products that can be used alone or in combination with other materials to produce a given compound. The formulation and application of these materials vary too greatly for us to be able to give accurate advice for specific usage. Some products have technical sheets along with MSDS that are available to download from our site. Signing the Terms and Conditions contract releases Conservation Support Systems from all liability of consequential damage of any kind, resulting from the use of our products and/or information provided in written form or via voice contact.
