Tweezer Pattern: 00: Pattern OO are general utility tweezers.

Tweezer Pattern: 1: Pattern #1 tweezers feature tapered shanks with beveled edges with strong, fairly sharp tips.

Tweezer Pattern: 2: Pattern #2 tweezers are similar to pattern #1 only with sturdier points, slightly wider and thicker tips.

Tweezer Pattern: 2a: Pattern #2a tweezers are similar to Pattern #2, except the points are .055" (1.4 mm) wide and rounded at the tips.

Tweezer Pattern: 3: Pattern #3 tweezers have shanks that are tapered with beveled edges.

Tweezer Pattern: 36A - Spade: The Spade pattern tweezers are great for picking up items that need the extra support of the large tips.

Tweezer Pattern: 3c: Pattern #3C is a shorter version of pattern #3.
